Josee, the Tiger and the Fish, a Japanese anime romantic comedy drama film, based on the short story and young adult novel of the same name by Seiko Tanabe.
The anime film produced by Bones, directed by Kotaro Tamura, released in South Korea, Busan International Film Festival on October 30, 2020, and in Japan, Tokyo International Film Festival on November 7, 2020.
The anime got 75th Mainichi Film Awards, Best Animation Film (nominated), and 44th Japan Academy Film Prize (nominated) in 2021.

Story:
The film’s story centers on the relationship between Tsuneo and Josee.
Tsuneo is a university student and Josee is a young girl who has rarely gone out of the house by herself due to her being unable to walk. The two meet when Tsuneo finds Josee’s grandmother taking her out for a morning walk.
