Lycoris recoil, New anime announced, directed by Shingo Adachi 2022, broadcast A-1 Pictures Production from “Sword Art Online”

It was found that the original TV anime “Lycolis Recoil” was directed by Shingo Adachi, who was in charge of character design and general animation director in the anime “Sword Art Online” and “WORKING!!” series, will be produced and broadcast in 2022. Adachi’s first directorial work, Mr. Asaurah of “Ben-To” is in charge of character design by Mr. Asaura of the story draft, and “There is a problem with this art club!”. Produced by A-1 Pictures.

The anime depicts a daily life woven by a girl, Chizuka Nishiki, with blonde hair, and Takakina Inoue, a girl with long black hair. Chika Asai plays 1,000, and Shion Wakayama plays Takina, respectively. Taka Mika Ouchi, who designs costumes for idol groups Nogizaka 46 and Sakurazaka 46, designed a uniform worn by Chizuka and Taki.

Director Shingo Adachi said, “I realized that the director was in a difficult position to make people do things that I couldn’t do, so it’s not a talent but an effort to make it a time when the staff who responds to it can look back on what was fun at least, so if there are as many people as possible who say that they like the finished work, surely everyone is smiling, I will do my best for the future that will become such a future. Also, I don’t want to be called “Director” or “Big Boss”, so thank you for your continued support with Adachi-san.”

Mr. Imagimuru, a character designer, said, “I never imagined that the day would come when I would be entrusted with the character design of animation. Of course, there was pressure because it was my first job (and a big role), but I think I was able to create a character that everyone would like while enjoying myself. I hope you will be able to look forward to the various expressions of Senbun and Taki.”
