“Dance Dance Danseur” will start broadcasting in April 2022! MAPPA production full-scale ballet story

The broadcast start time of the TV anime “Dance Dance Danseur”, which is produced by MAPPA of “Jujutsu Kaisen” and is based on the theme of men’s ballet, has been decided in April 2022.

The original of “Dance Dance Danseur” is the comic of the same name serialized in “Weekly Big Comic Spirits” by George Asakura.

Junpei Murao, a second-year junior high school student who was fascinated by ballet when he was young but gave up on the path of “becoming a man” because of his father’s death, got into full swing when he met a transfer student, Godaito. It is a youth ballet story that depicts the path to becoming a ballet dancer. It will be the first TV animation for George Asakura’s work.
